“The Frito-Lay Irving plant was challenged by PepsiCo to get to zero waste. Reggie helped us with process improvements to make sure everything that was recyclable was not thrown into the trash. He used his extensive knowledge to help us find the right partners for all our waste streams. Brand new equipment from our new food waste vendor was installed and added an additional 70% revenue to our bottom line. Reggie was able to get us from an average of 180,000 pounds of waste per month in 2009 to less than 20,000 pounds of waste per month by the end of that year.
